Description:
100bp DNA Ladder(ET) is suitable for size double-stranded DNA fragments from 100bp to 2 kb. The 12 bands of the ladder contain fragments the following sizes:100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 10000, 1,500 and 2000bp. The intensity of 500bp is three times than the other bands.
Storage buffer: 10mM Tris-HCl(pH8.0) 1mM EDTA
Storage Condition:-20℃
Operation:
A. Prepare 6X loading dye. The formula is 0.25% Bromophenol blue
0.25% xylene cyanol 15%Ficoll 400
B. 1 tube of 100bp DNA ladder(500ul)=100ul(6X loading dye)
C. Recommended Loading: 5ul |

1Kb DNA Ladder is suitable for size linear double-stranded DNA fragments from 0.5 Kb to 10 Kb. The 10 bands of the ladder contain fragments the following sizes: 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10 Kb. The concentration of 4Kb is three times than the other bands.
